About the Role
As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day success of the branch, leading your team, growing sales, and delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role with the autonomy to make a real difference to branch performance and customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operation of the branch
- Motivate, coach and develop your team
- Drive sales, margin and profitability

- Maintain high operational and Health & Safety standards

You’ll Need:
- Experience within a builders' merchant or similar trade environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills

Working Hours
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Week 2: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
