Join our team at Grant & Stone Plumbing, a respected independent builder’s merchant serving the Southeast since 1987. Responsibilities
- Operate forklift equipment to move and store materials
- Utilise the Warehouse Management System to track inventory and orders
- Perform heavy lifting tasks to load and unload goods
- Handle procedures with care and attention to detail
- Conduct basic math calculations for inventory counts and order verification
- Assist in sending and receiving processes
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently load and unload
Requirements
- Prior experience with forklift operation is advantageous
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Ability to perform tasks related to warehouse operations
- Proficient in handling heavy lifting duties
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Understanding of mechanical principles for equipment repair
- Capability to load and unload goods effectively
The Hours
Week 1: Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:15
Week 2: Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:15 & alternate Saturdays, 08:00-12:00
