Join our team at Grant & Stone Plumbing, a respected independent builder’s merchant serving the Southeast since 1987. Responsibilities

  • Operate forklift equipment to move and store materials
  • Utilise the Warehouse Management System to track inventory and orders
  • Perform heavy lifting tasks to load and unload goods
  • Handle procedures with care and attention to detail
  • Conduct basic math calculations for inventory counts and order verification
  • Assist in sending and receiving processes
  • Collaborate with team members to efficiently load and unload

Requirements

  • Prior experience with forklift operation is advantageous
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
  • Ability to perform tasks related to warehouse operations
  • Proficient in handling heavy lifting duties
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
  • Understanding of mechanical principles for equipment repair
  • Capability to load and unload goods effectively

The Hours

Week 1: Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:15

Week 2: Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:15 & alternate Saturdays, 08:00-12:00
