Join our team at RGB, a respected independent builder’s merchant serving the Southwest since 1850. With a commitment to quality products and exceptional customer service, we are part of the Independent Builders Merchant Group (IBMG), the largest independent merchant group in the South of England.
We’re expanding our Counter and delivery team at our Sowton Branch and are looking for a dependable Van Driver/ Trade Counter to help us continuedelivering excellent service to our trade and retail customers.
The Role
We have a vacancy for a full time Van Driver/ Trade Counter Person at our Sowton branch.
Working on the Sales Counter you will be required to serve customers, advising on stock, availability and product ranges. In-house training for all computer and technical aspects of this role will be provided.
As a Van Driver you will be responsible for the delivery of products to customers, with key accountability for ensuring the quality and timing of service is first class.
The Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Self-motivated with acan-do attitude
- Strong team player who works as part of ateam and independently
- Previous driving experience
The Hours
Week1: Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:00
Week 2:Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:00 Saturday 08:00-12:00
