Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Test equipment to ensure it meets safety and operational standards
- Carry out PAT testing where required
- Provide excellent customer service at every stage of the hire process
- Support the Tool Hire team with day-to-day branch operations
- Ensure equipment is ready, safe and available for hire
