The Role

Join our team at Highbridge where we are seeking a reliable Tipper / Relief HGV Driver to support our operations, covering planned and ad-hoc driving requirements. Duties include the safe operation of the Tipper, van driving and working in the yard as well as covering the HGV shifts when needed . You will be responsible for transporting materials between sites, completing delivery/collection paperwork, conducting daily vehicle checks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and road regulations.

Specific Experience & Skills Required

  • To transport goods and materials to designated locations
  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of products
  • Adhere to all relevant traffic laws and regulations
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary

Requirements:

  • Class 2 licence required
  • Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
  • Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

The Hours

  • Week: 1 Monday to Friday, 07:30 -17:00
  • Week: 2 Monday to Friday,07:30 -17:00 & Saturdays, 08:00-12:00
