Trading Depot, part of the IBMG Group, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Maidenhead team.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, professional support via phone, email, and webchat. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll handle enquiries, resolve issues, liaise with suppliers and couriers, and ensure every customer receives outstanding service.

What You'll Do
- Handle customer enquiries and provide product support
- Manage returns, aftersales issues, and courier claims
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and couriers
- Build strong customer and supplier relationships
- Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution
- Achieve service KPIs and support the wider team
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service and office experience
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused approach
Hours
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
