Due to continued growth and success, we have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at our Total Plumbing Supplies Chard.
The Role
As Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll support the Branch Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the branch. You’ll help lead and motivate the team, improve customer experience, and drive sales and profitability while ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting customers at the trade counter and over the phone
- Assisting with loading and general branch support when required
- Working alongside the Branch Manager on branch development and customer service
