The Role
To maintain a good level of product knowledge of full stocked product ranges. To maintain a high level of production in order to reduce unit costs in line with company CE Mark quality standards. Take responsibility for servicing customer requirements accurately and limiting errors. Serve customers politely and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately identify products when serving a customer or picking goods for later delivery/collection, to ensure customer confidence and maintain general efficiencies. Advise of apparent stock shortages in order to achieve good stock management.
The Requirements
- Process timber components efficiently to the company CE Mark standards advising Supervisor/Branch Management of any issues.
- Support and advise Branch Management and Supervisors in providing solutions to improve the efficiency of operations
- Maintain machinery to an appropriate standard and ensure that the working area is kept clean and tidy
- Advise Supervisor/Branch Management of any defective/faulty machinery
- Maintain correct documentation through all stages of production

Monday to Friday 07:30 – 16:30
