About the Role
As Branch Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day success of the branch. You'll lead your team, drive sales and profitability, build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities within the local roofing market. This is a hands-on role with real autonomy and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What We’re Looking For
- Branch Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience
- Background in roofing merchants, builders’ merchants or trade distribution
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness and sales focus
- A hands-on and proactive approach
- Passion for developing people and growing a business
