We’re expanding our team and looking for a reliable Assistant Showroom Manager to support our Lansbury showroom.
- Leadership and operational support
- Showroom & Sales
- Deliver excellent customer service to trade & retail customers
- Help customers with bathroom design, product selection & quotations
- Drive sales and support branch targets
- Build strong relationships with customers, installers & suppliers
- Manage enquiries, orders, and aftersales support
- Management Support
- Support the Branch Manager with daily operations
- Supervise and motivate staff in the manager’s absence
- Assist with training and development
- Maintain high standards of showroom presentation & merchandising
- Operations & Admin
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle basic cashing-up, invoicing & admin tasks
- Ensure compliance with company procedures & health & safety
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a bathroom showroom, interiors, or similar environment
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Confident, friendly, and professional communication
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks

- Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Wednesday: Day off
- Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
