Grant & Stone Building Supplies in High Wycombe.

What You'll Do

  • Serve customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Respond to enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Support the sales team in achieving branch targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge to provide advice and recommendations.
  • Assist with stock management and replenishment.
  • Keep the sales area organised and presentable.
  • Use computer-based sales systems (full training provided).
  • Support wider branch operations, including stock control and yard duties when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A positive, customer-focused approach.
  • Confidence handling telephone enquiries.
  • Good basic computer skills.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Motivated to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service.

  • Week 1
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:15pm

  • Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:15pm
