As part of the Independent Builders Merchants Group (IBMG), we combine local expertise with the strength of a national network.
We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Internal Sales Assistant to join our team at Crowborough Branch.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serve trade and retail customers face‑to‑face and over the phone
- Handle enquiries and provide product advice
- Process sales using our internal systems (full training provided)
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Support the team in achieving sales targets
- Help maintain stock levels and keep the sales area organised
- Assist with stock control and general branch activities when required
