Working closely with the Branch Manager, you'll help drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, support branch operations, and lead the team to achieve business goals.
Serve customers on the trade counter and by telephone
Help grow sales and improve branch performance
Manage stock levels and place orders
Ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Build strong customer relationships and provide outstanding service
Provide Branch Manager cover when required
Assist with loading materials when needed
Previous managerial experience in a merchanting business, preferably with roofing knowledge
