The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bathroom Showroom Consultant to join our team at our Shepton Mallet branch. In this role, you will create high-quality bathroom designs that meet customer specifications, maximise sales and margins while delivering excellent customer service. You will also build strong relationships with customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone while ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately, processes are followed in a timely manner and company polices and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Responsibilities
- Deal with all customer queries as professionally and quickly as possibletaking responsibility for the start to end sales process.
- Preparing and managing effective meetings with customers in the showroom, or on site
- Executing and coordinating the sale of the bathroom.
- To ensure all customers are politely and efficiently served to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Provide customers with advice and guidance on the selection and use of products.
- Give a flexible service to customers whether on site or in the customers’ homes.
- Drive sales forward using appropriate selling techniques
- Maximise sales using linked selling and other appropriate skills.
- All inquiries and quotations must be priced quickly and efficiently using market and system information
Requirements
- Full driving licence
- Experience within bathroom sector
- Have good verbal communication skills with customers and other colleagues
- Ability to take and give instructions
- Be organizedin prioritizingworkload effectively
- Ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team
- Maintain good knowledge of health and safety policy and procedures at all times
Hours
- Week 1: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
- Week 2: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 Saturday 08:00-12:00
