We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our dynamic sports department. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to play a key role in developing athletic performance across all levels of sport within the school.

The successful candidate will work closely with pupils, coaches, and teaching staff to design and deliver tailored training programmes that enhance physical fitness, improve performance, and support overall student wellbeing.

Details

  • Position: Strength & Conditioning Coach
  • Type: Part time, working 8 hours per week, during term time plus 5 INSET days
  • Contract: Fixed term for one year in the first instance
  • Start date: September 2025
