Headington Rye Oxford is a vibrant and welcoming school set in 23 acres of playing fields and grounds on the outskirts of Oxford. In an environment where individuals come first, Headington Rye Oxford is renowned for its commitment to academic excellence, pastoral support and an impressive range of extra-curricular opportunities.

The Director of Marketing and Admissions will manage a team of eight marketing and admissions professionals, leading and shaping our marketing and admissions strategies while playing an integral role in implementing the School’s development plan. You will work closely with teaching and non-teaching staff, overseas agents, partner schools, and other stakeholders to continue to attract, recruit, and retain girls who will thrive at Headington Rye. We are looking for an outstanding individual who can build on the excellent work of their predecessor and demonstrate the agility and strategic skills to respond to future challenges and opportunities.
