The Development and Alumnae Coordinator leads on all communications with our alumnae community. The development and alumnae department plays an integral role in building an engaged community and a culture of giving at St Swithun's.

The Development and Alumnae Coordinator is responsible for writing and producing our OGA Chain magazine (the annual alumnae publication) and the monthly OGA e-News bulletin. Through the vital relationships they build, our alumnae community remain connected to the school and each other. The post holder is always looking for engagement opportunities.

This is a full-time permanent role with usual working hours of 08.30-17.00, Monday to Friday. Candidates looking for a part-time role (30 hours per week minimum) are also encouraged to apply. Some weekend and evening work will be required, and the working hours will be flexible to accommodate this.
