Independent Arts Projects (IAP) seeks a part-time Associate Artist (0.4 FTE / 92 days across a year). This is a 1-year contract from April 2026. The role supports an artist to develop a creative idea or project that prioritises access for people who face barriers to the arts (as audiences, participants and/or collaborators). The project can be either a participative project, or a performance project (or both). You’ll work with IAP’s Producer Nina Doherty, lead collaborators, and shape your schedule flexibly.
