Overview Join Independence Support Ltd (ISL) – Make a Real Difference in People\’s Lives! ISL, based in Crewe, Cheshire, operates a supported living project dedicated to empowering individuals with complex mental health needs. Our service supports 22 people in self-contained apartments, enhanced by the latest assistive technology. We aim to support individuals to live as independently and confidently as possible. Your role will include:Supporting with medication managementTeaching and encouraging life skillsAssisting with daily living tasksFacilitating community access and engagementProviding emotional supportHelping manage tenanciesLiaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible supportWho we\’re looking for We need full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time (23.5 hours) staff ready to work across day and night shifts, working around a 7-day rota. Full induction is provided. The shifts range from 8-8 day and night, 10am-6pm, 10am-10pm.Additional Information All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.Please note: we do not offer sponsorship, and currently, there are no bank or 20 hour contracts available
