We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the UK & Ireland marketing strategy, driving business growth, increasing product adoption, and delivering financial and new patient objectives.
Working closely with Commercial, Clinical, Product Development and Sales teams, you'll develop marketing strategies, create impactful campaigns and sales tools, generate market insights, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the UK & Ireland marketing strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Drive product adoption, market growth and support financial targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify commercial opportunities.
- Develop marketing campaigns, product collateral and digital content.
- Support product launches and develop compelling value propositions.
- Deliver sales enablement tools and support training for commercial teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and healthcare stakeholders.
- Coordinate congresses, educational programmes and clinical events.
- Manage marketing budgets and project delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D and other cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years' experience in Product Management or Marketing within the medical device industry.
- Experience in Vascular Access, Renal, Oncology or a related therapy area.
- Knowledge of the UK healthcare market, market access and reimbursement pathways.
- Experience managing product launches and commercialisation.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Clinical Science or a related discipline.
- Strong strategic marketing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing value propositions and marketing plans.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong KOL relationships.
- Medical device sales, healthcare solutions or clinical consulting experience.
- Experience coaching or developing colleagues.
- Experience working across primary care, secondary care and payer environments.
- Experience delivering healthcare professional education or clinical advocacy programmes.
- Experience developing marketing strategies that accelerate adoption and influence customer behaviour.
