- Deliver territory sales growth and increase market share across cancer therapy accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, NHS stakeholders, and referral partners
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within community and acute care settings
- Drive patient adoption through a consultative, solutions-focused approach
- Develop and execute effective territory and account plans aligned to business objectives
- Analyse sales activity and performance data to identify growth opportunities and trends
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management, and reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support shared commercial goals
- Proven success in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical sales
- Demonstrable experience achieving or exceeding sales targets and territory growth objectives
- Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills
- Commercially focused with a patient-centred approach
- Good understanding of NHS structures, stakeholder engagement, and procurement pathways
- Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience within cancer therapy, continence, or medical device markets
- Clinical or healthcare-related background
- Experience working within referral-based or patient pathway-led sales models
- Existing relationships within relevant NHS or community care networks
