We specialise in a wide range of products including wheelchairs, specialist seating, riser recliners, and trikes, and we are now looking for a detail-oriented, highly organised, and proactive senior office administrator to support our operations. About the role We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced office administrator with a passion for accuracy and a ‘can-do’ attitude to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office, supporting both customers and colleagues with your administrative expertise. Key responsibilities but not limited to: Preparing quotations and processing orders with precision Producing accurate sales invoices Managing a workforce management system and scheduling calendar Handling incoming calls with professionalism and excellent customer service Coordinating and scheduling appointments and assessments Data entry and ensuring records are always up to date The ideal candidate We are looking for an individual who thrives in a busy office environment and can effortlessly juggle multiple tasks.
