Job Description
Mobility Engineer
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 (DOE) + Company Pension
Location: Leeds LS7 – On-site Parking
Full-time, 5 days per week (with flexibility for occasional Saturdays based on business needs)
Field-Based Role -Transit Van Provided During Working Hours
Full Clean Driving Licence Required

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Mobility Technician/Engineer to join our friendly and supportive team. If you enjoy hands-on, technical work and want a role where your skills have a direct impact on people’s lives, this could be the perfect opportunity!
Duties include:
- Service and Repair – Maintain and fix a variety of mobility equipment to keep customers moving.
- Deliver and Install – Set up products for customers and provide full demonstrations.
- Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and even work on advanced re-programming of specialist equipment.
- Assist with stock-taking, checking deliveries, and picking orders to ensure smooth operations.
- Work with a diverse range of people in different settings-no two days are the same!
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience in technical repairs, mechanics, or equipment maintenance
- Good problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
- Confidence in customer interactions, as you will be demonstrating products to end users
- Full clean driving licence (must be able to drive a Transit LWB van)
- Ability to lift and move equipment when required
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
