Team Manager Position: Full-Time, 37 hours per week, Fixed Term until 28th February 2027

Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk

Are you passionate about making a difference? We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our dynamic team at our Personal Assistant Service East for adults with learning and physical disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and support individuals to live their lives to the fullest!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of staff to deliver outstanding care
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery
