Join Our Team! Support Worker Opportunities at Sprowston Community Hub. Become part of a team that makes a difference! We are looking for Zero hour Support Workers to join Sprowston Community Hub. Our service offers day service and vital support for individuals with learning disabilities. If you're proactive, compassionate, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you! No experience? No problem! We’ll provide full training to help you succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Support individuals with learning disabilities in achieving their personal goals
- Facilitate participation in creative sessions and activities
- Assist with developing and maintaining independent living skills
- Encourage and promote the development of positive relationships
- Work a flexible rota
