Location: Church Green Lodge Norwich with travel across services as required.

Salary/Contract: £40,766.50 per annum, Full-Time 37 hours per week, Permanent.

We are seeking a committed and capable Registered Service Manager to work flexibly across service locations to provide leadership cover, support service continuity, and respond to operational needs in our respite service, providing short-term support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong, visible leadership to a dedicated team.
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred support that reflects individual preferences and needs.
  • Oversee care planning, risk management, and safeguarding practices.
  • Manage staffing, recruitment, performance, and development.
  • Maintain effective partnership working with families, commissioners, and external professionals.
  • Drive continuous improvement, quality assurance, and service development.
  • Ensure governance, reporting, and operational processes are consistently completed.
About You
  • Proven experience in a management role within adult social care.
  • Strong understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience delivering or overseeing respite or residential care services (desirable).
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
  • A confident and motivating leader with excellent people management skills.
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities.
  • A proactive approach with a commitment to high standards of care.
Additional Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS check with Adults’ Barred List.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
  • Participation in on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support.
