We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our dynamic team at our Personal Assistant Service East for adults with learning and physical disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and support individuals to live their lives to the fullest!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of staff to deliver outstanding care
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery
