Position: Team Manager, Full-Time, 37 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our dynamic team at our Gt Yarmouth Community Hub for adults with learning and physical disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and support individuals to live their lives to the fullest!
