Concierge Staff p/t (shift pattern including some weekends)
Responsible to: Deputy CEO
Responsible for: The effective domestic operation of The Key sites, with on-going housekeeping and housing management duties.
Salary: £12.95 per hour (as of April 2026)
JOB PURPOSE
The overall purpose of the post is to maintain the efficient running of The Key over all sites whilst providing domestic support for the residents.
MAIN DUTIES
- To assist with residents during any particular shift, in terms of domestic support, i.e. cooking, laundry, cleaning, etc.
- To ensure that vacant rooms are maintained to a high standard.
- Demonstrate an ability to keep up to date records of work within The Key.
- To be available to carry out ad-hoc duties during paid sessions.
- Participate in the development and application of set standards of good practice and apply the principles of equal opportunities to all aspects of the work of The Key.
- Undertake any duties as deemed necessary for the effective running of The Key.
- Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of the relevance, usefulness, interest, and success of The Key.
