We’re looking for a solid, experienced Mechanic to join our team at Independent Car Specialists in Bristol. We’re a busy independent garage with a strong local customer base. Most of our work is MOT repairs, servicing, clutches, cam belts, brakes, suspension and general mechanical work.

The role:

  • Servicing and general repairs
  • Diagnostics and fault finding
  • MOT repairs
  • Class 4 MOT testing (if licensed)
  • Working as part of a strong, reliable team

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong mechanical experience
  • Level 3 qualified preferred (not essential if experienced)
  • MOT licence preferred but not essential
  • Confident working independently
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable and takes pride in their work

What we offer:

  • £35,000–£45,000 depending on experience
  • Monday–Friday only (8:30–5:30)
