Sales Manager Animal Nutrition – United Kingdom Location: United Kingdom An exciting opportunity available for a Sales Manager to drive our clients animal nutrition business in the United Kingdom. In a large local market, this is seen as a key role not only to maintain but more importantly to significantly grow Indenovo’s clients footprint by offering a broad depth of products ranging from Feed Additives and ingredients to Premix. The role is remote but preference for UK based candidates. Responsibilities: Unlock and maximize the potential of our animal nutrition business in the UK. Responsibility for our Animal Nutrition (technical) sales, including Key Accounts Establish and develop long-term customer relationships Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities for growth Understand portfolio of products Create and fulfil own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans Create and execute a 3–5-year Business Plan for the region Monthly reporting, sales analytics, and insights; understand the go-to-market strategy and how to maximize sales efficiency Develop customer concepts in cooperation with product management, application, and product development Stay up to date on industry trend analysis, competitive activity, and changing consumer behaviours through industry publications, events, and insights reports to grow the business strategically Support and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies for the region Close interaction with other departments: technical support, customer service/logistics, product management, marketing and controlling Qualifications Bachelors & Masters in Science in Agri, Agro Engineering, Veterinarian or Business educational background Knowledge of animal nutrition At least 10 years of experience in the B2B feed, premix or ingredients business Hunter mentality Ability to work as part of a (virtual) team Enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to work under pressure Strong customer service orientation skills Flexible and willing to travel within the region
