Project Associate Digital

We are looking for a qualified Digital Project Manager to join our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Email marketing projects in tools like SFMC, Marketo, Eloqua etc.

Design and implement email marketing campaigns according to business goals

Work to improve our brand presence

Regularly track and get insights into competitors’ strategies

Develop and monitor ROI and KPIs

Maintain and manage all our social media channels

Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams

Suggest and implement direct marketing methods

Suggest strategies and methods for improvement

Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends

Owns the project timelines, milestones and timely delivery of all multi-channel projects

Apply classic project management methodology capabilities: project delivery within defined budget, specific timeline, standards of quality and agreed-upon scope

Understand campaign management and CRM programs, required procedures and data integration requirements

Serve as first line of communication for Brand/Business contact and own client satisfaction

Gather initial requirements and collaborate with Marketing Services Delivery Lead responsible for drafting the business requirements and managing data integration requirements with Client’s marketing database vendor
