Supports Medical Information activities across the ACE region through escalation support, maintenance of response resources, reporting and analysis, vendor support, and strong documentation and compliance practices. Uses scientific knowledge, operational discipline, and sound judgment to support accurate, balanced, well-documented, and non-promotional Medical Information activities across the region. Works closely with the Medical Information Lead, regional stakeholders, vendors, and relevant cross-functional partners to support high-quality operational execution and consistent compliance-sensitive practices.

May support review of Medical Information materials, response documents, and operational outputs to help ensure they remain accurate, appropriately referenced, balanced, and aligned with applicable procedures and requirements. Operates with autonomy across assigned responsibilities, applying sound judgment and identifying when alignment or escalation is needed.

Responsibilities

Routine responsibilities may include the following, depending on business needs and regional scope:

  • Support Medical Information escalations across the ACE region, including clarification of requests with relevant regional stakeholders, coordination, follow-up, and identification of issues requiring further escalation.
  • Handle complex escalations and content reviews, applying sound judgment and cross-functional coordination in compliance-sensitive situations.
  • Perform literature searches, review and appraise relevant scientific evidence, and support development and maintenance of Medical Information response content.
  • Create, update, review, and maintain response documents and related Medical Information resources in accordance with applicable local and regional requirements.
  • Conduct periodic review of Medical Information resources to help ensure materials remain current, accurate, balanced, appropriately referenced, and compliant.
  • Generate reports and support analysis of Medical Information activity, trends, customer insights, and operational gaps for regional stakeholders.
  • Support vendor oversight and operational routines, including quality follow-up, case review support, feedback, training coordination, and process consistency.
  • Support process improvement initiatives that strengthen Medical Information operations, consistency, documentation practices, and regional execution.
  • Participate in training, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing activities for vendors, new team members, and cross-functional partners, as appropriate.
  • Support documentation controls, repository organization, version discipline, and record maintenance to help sustain inspection and audit readiness.
  • Apply sound judgment in compliance-sensitive work, including appropriate use of evidence, non-promotional communication, responsible use of AI, and timely escalation of risk or ambiguity.
Knowledge and Skills

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams across geographies. Sound judgment in handling work in a scientific and compliance-sensitive environment. Ability to perform literature searches, critically appraise scientific evidence, and develop clear, accurate, balanced, and well-referenced Medical Information content. Strong medical writing skills and ability to translate scientific information into clear, appropriate, and compliant response content. Ability to recognize when content, tone, positioning, or use of evidence may create compliance risk, including risk of sounding promotional. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and discipline in documentation, content review, and record maintenance. Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities with consistency and follow-through in a fast-paced regional environment. Ability to work with appropriate independence across assigned responsibilities while recognizing when stakeholder alignment or escalation is needed. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, cross‑functional colleagues, regional partners, and vendors. Ability to review data, prepare reports, and identify trends or operational gaps that can inform Medical Information improvements. Strong document management skills, including familiarity with repositories, periodic review routines, and version control practices. Ability to use AI and digital tools productively and responsibly, with appropriate human review and judgment.

Education and Experience

Experience in Medical Information preferred, or comparable experience within a healthcare, scientific, or compliance-sensitive environment required. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with a Medical Information vendor preferred. Experience supporting escalations, document review, literature-based response development, reporting and analysis, documentation control, vendor coordination, or training/onboarding activities preferred. Previous experience working across multiple markets or in regional support roles preferred. Previous experience minimum 4 years preferred, depending on demonstrated judgment, autonomy, and relevance of experience.

Language Skills

English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
