For 6 weeks engage in a consulting assignment either internally for Warn or for a designated customer. Delivery in line with the following expectations:
- Autonomy: Works under close supervision; is expected to seek guidance in expected situations.
- Influence: Interacts with immediate colleagues.
- Complexity: Performs routine activities in a structured environment; requires assistance in resolving unexpected problems.
Example assignments include:
- Research, analyse, and present information on specific business challenges, which may include preparing project artefacts, such as process maps, cost models, organisation charts, project reports, customer briefings, and planning documents.
- Prepare benchmarking reports and market briefings.
- Ensure best practice is shared with customers, including through leveraging the ‘Associate’ network from Warn.
- Complete project summary reports.
Pursue personal development initiatives through various training opportunities and qualifications available with Warn. Participate in mentoring and coaching activities with colleagues. Seek feedback from colleagues at all levels.
Actively participate with colleagues in internal operational meetings. Update internal reports and management tools, including capacity reports and project activity logs. Contribute to specific aspects of the Warn strategy.
