About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter with strong experience hiring across the Pharma, Healthcare, or Life Sciences sectors. In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from initial role briefing to final offer, ensuring a seamless and high‐quality experience for both candidates and stakeholders. This is a contract position for 6 months, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, is confident navigating the German talent landscape, and can deliver high‐impact hiring outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial role briefing to final offer, ensuring every stage moves efficiently and smoothly.
  • Conduct detailed intake meetings to clarify requirements, competencies, timelines, and hiring expectations.
  • Actively source candidates through direct search, job boards, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interviews end‐to‐end, including scheduling, preparation, feedback collection, and follow‐up.
  • Maintain close communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers daily to align on progress, adjust strategies, and ensure timely decision‐making.
  • Lead offer discussions, manage expectations, and support closing strategies to secure top talent.
  • Keep recruitment systems, trackers, and documentation up to date with accurate and timely information.
  • Ensure all hiring activities comply with internal processes, GDPR requirements, and local labor regulations.
  • Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start date.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as pipeline status, time‐to‐hire, and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain warm pipelines for recurring or hard‐to‐fill roles through continuous outreach and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven success sourcing and hiring for specialized or regulated roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Solid understanding of the European talent market and hiring norms.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast‐paced environment.
