Role Purpose
The Consultant will be tasked with delivering excellent management consulting services across 4 primary service lines: Design; Change; Delivery and Enablement. The role requires the use of expert analytical, influencing and management skills to deliver effective solutions for complex business challenges. The Consultant may work alone or as part of a wider team, with accountability for customer facing projects, internal company growth, and personal development. Our team is oriented around the 3 strategic drivers of the business: Customer, Colleague, and Company, and as such, all Consultants will have objectives set in each of these areas.

Experience using full suite of MS products. Ability to multi-task effectively. Experienced user of software products relevant for: process mapping, business analytics, financial modelling, organisation design, project management.
- Specific expertise in a particular industry or service line.

Responsibilities
- Customer
- Execute engagements in line with consulting standard practices (CSP) including governance and reporting.
- Lead customer engagements to research, analyse, and present outputs on specific business challenges.
- Lead customer engagements to prepare benchmarking reports and market briefings.
- Ensure best practice is shared with customers, including through leveraging the ‘Associate’ network.
- Identify and secure any opportunities for future engagements.
- Take proactive role in enacting the colleagues support model.
- Lead and support direct line reports ensuring their wellbeing, motivation to achieve high performance and timely execution of employee life-cycle activities.
- Participate in mentoring and coaching activities with junior colleagues.
- Proactively share knowledge and best practice internally across Indegene.
- Seek feedback from colleagues at all levels to continue personal and professional development.
- Provide support and leadership to colleagues on internal and customer-facing work as required.
- Actively participate with colleagues in internal operational meetings.
- Identify and create thought leadership.
- Proactive involvement in business development including account management and support development of any opportunities, proposal or contracts.
- Update internal reports and management tools, including capacity reports and project activity logs.
- Own specific aspects of the growth strategy.
- Pursue personal development initiatives through the various training opportunities and qualifications available at Indegene.
