About the job

As IT support officer you monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of INDEFF .
You’re the first point of contact for all IT- related questions from your colleagues.

Some of your responsibilities:

a. Managing and maintaining all internal IT related systems:

  • To watch over and maintain all our IT related infrastructure and our applications, such as: Okta, Office 365 suite (mail, sharepoint, teams…), Box, VMware vSphere, laptops…
  • Regular checks on security, perform internal audits.
  • User support
  • b. Training within your competence area:

  • IT onboarding of new employees
  • Providing basic user training
  • c. Giving expert advice:

  • Keep your knowledge up to date in your specific competence area
  • Providing support to the INDEFF staff
  • About You

  • You use detailed knowledge and expertise in your tasks, and you absorb easily new specific knowledge.
    Your domain of expertise: Infrastructures, ICT-platforms – and systems, Data, Cyber security, SAP, SharePoint, Azure, SaaS, Cloud, Networks, Office 365, Virtualization.
  • Preferably, you already have prior experience with a similar job.
  • You can work autonomously but you’re also a team player.
  • You communicate pro-actively.
