The Role

The Head of Hospitality Sales is responsible for driving new business and revenue growth for Indeed Flex across the UK hospitality sector.

We are seeking a commercially driven, well-connected senior sales professional based in London to grow our presence across contract catering, premium hospitality venues, hotels, events, and multi-site operators.

This role blends strategic relationship-building with disciplined new-business acquisition - you will be the face of Indeed Flex in hospitality, opening doors through your network, winning new clients, and building long-term partnerships.

You will bring genuine sector credibility: you understand how hospitality businesses hire, the pressures of peak trading, and the operational realities of contract catering and premium service environments.

You will translate those challenges into flexible staffing solutions that deliver margin, reliability, and scale.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Hospitality Networking & Market Development
  • Own and grow Indeed Flex's hospitality network across London and nationally, with a focus on contract catering, premium venues, hotels, events, and multi-site operators
  • Represent Indeed Flex at industry events, trade associations, hospitality forums, and client-facing networking opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • C- Suite, Operations Directors, HR leaders, procurement, and venue/contract managers
  • Stay close to sector trends: labour market dynamics, wage inflation, compliance, and workforce planning in hospitality
  • Provide market intelligence on pricing, positioning, and competitors to inform sector strategy
  • New Business Acquisition
  • Identify and target national, regional, and multi-site hospitality employers aligned to Indeed Flex's growth priorities
  • Develop and execute strategic outbound plans to penetrate priority accounts
  • Lead discovery conversations with senior stakeholders and translate workforce challenges into commercial proposals
  • Negotiate and close contracts, maintaining a collaborative, solution-oriented approach
  • Convert qualified opportunities into long-term revenue partnerships
  • Pipeline & Revenue Management
  • Build and maintain a high-value pipeline aligned to revenue targets
  • Accurately forecast performance and deal progression
  • Ensure strong CRM discipline and opportunity hygiene (Salesforce preferred)
  • Meet and surpass assigned revenue targets and performance benchmarks
  • Maintain a strong focus on GP and margin over GMV
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, client success, marketing, and Indeed partnership teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance deal probability and ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Support the wider sales team with hospitality sector insight and introductions where relevant
  • Core KPIs & Performance Metrics

Objective

  • Ability to strategically build pipeline, win high-margin deals, and consistently hit:
  • Consistently manage a minimum of £50m of pipeline
  • £3m closed-won per quarter- £12m GMV signed contracts per annum
  • Strong focus on GP %
  • What you'll need
  • Proven track record in new business sales or business development within hospitality, staffing, or recruitment
  • Deep experience across at least two of: recruitment/staffing sales, contract catering, and premium hospitality venues (hotels, fine dining, members' clubs, events, etc.)
  • Established London hospitality network with the ability to open doors and generate warm introductions
  • Experience selling into multi-site or national hospitality operators
  • Strong outbound prospecting and account penetration skills
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Executive-level credibility - comfortable engaging senior decision-makers face to face
  • Data-driven pipeline management and forecasting discipline
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
  • Strong CRM discipline and IT literacy (Salesforce experience preferred)

  • Experience selling workforce, marketplace, or Saa S solutions into hospitality
  • Knowledge of MSP/VMS or neutral vendor environments within hospitality procurement
  • Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments
