Your job National Account Managers at Indeed help the top organizations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy. As a direct sales representative, you will advocate Job Search technology to prominent companies. You will promote the inventive power of our products to make organizations more productive, synergetic, and mobile. Your sales drive and knowledge of Indeed will help more organizations engage with great people. We offer continual, comprehensive training and skills-based offerings to keep your sales techniques up-to-date and effective.
This role requires a high level of client engagement, including an expectation of 36 face-to-face meetings per quarter, alongside virtual presentations, product demonstrations, and strategic account discussions.
Who you are
- Accountable for selling Indeed's products or services, developing new accounts, and expanding existing accounts
- Sell Indeed’s pay-for-performance solutions (including PPSA) to Fortune 1000 companies and staffing/recruiting agencies
- Assigned to large, complex, high-visibility, and strategic accounts
- Conduct face-to-face meetings including presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations over the phone
- Identify revenue opportunities within an entire client organization
- Examine and use data for in-depth evaluation of accounts to recognize revenue opportunities and drive sales
- Network with key contacts outside your own area of expertise to become industry authority
Who we are
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree
- Proven success in enterprise field sales, including both account growth and new business development
- Strong “hunter” mentality with a track record of winning net-new enterprise clients
- Skilled in navigating and influencing large, complex organizations using consultative selling techniques
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- In office Mondays and Thursdays
Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, and experience. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. Compensation may also vary based on where a role is performed, as work locations are grouped into geographic pay tiers to reflect cost of labor differences in different geographic markets.
Salary Range Transparency
Compensation Structure:
- Tier 1: £45,000 – £68,000 base salary
- Tier 2: £50,000 – £75,000 base salary
- Tier 3: £55,000 – £83,000 base salary
You will also be eligible for a quarterly performance-based bonus, which contributes to your overall on-target earnings (OTE). In addition, the total compensation package includes Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
