About the role
Be part of our Christmas event team as a Food Prep Assistant, helping deliver great service for parties of up to 130 guests! Join us for flexible temporary shifts in Nottingham, where your responsibilities will include:
- Assist the kitchen team with unloading food and equipment and transporting items to the kitchen.
- Plate starters, main courses, and desserts efficiently during high-volume service.
- Help the kitchen team with end-of-event clean-down and kitchen reset.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across food prep areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Following strict food safety, allergen, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
