We're looking for experienced Sous Chefs to join our team for casual shifts in Milton Keynes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu preparation and food quality control.
- Supervise and guide kitchen staff, ensuring proper food handling, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, overseeing equipment, stock levels, and compliance with hygiene regulations.
