Overview
Food Production Operatives – £13.68 p/hr – Nottingham (NG3). Salary: £13.68 per hour (inclusive of £1.47 holiday pay). Shifts: 8:30am – 6pm | Full-time | Temp to Perm opportunity. Shift end times may vary between 4pm-6pm.
Responsibilities
- Preparing, cutting, and processing fresh fruit and vegetables
- Using knives safely and accurately to portion produce
- Working on a fast-moving production line, meeting quality and efficiency targets
- Keeping your work area clean and hygienic, following food safety standards
- Supporting colleagues to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience working in a food production role
- Basic knife skills and confidence using sharp tools
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Great attention to detail, ensuring produce meets the highest standards
- Ability to stay focused and perform under pressure in a busy environment
