About the campaign
Indeed Flex is launching a campaign celebrating the most experienced, best‑in‑class hospitality workers — the people who make front‑of‑house service genuinely exceptional. Over 30 days, one of our partners will work a shift a day across around 30 of London’s leading hotels, taking on a different role at each one, with every hotel donating to a hospitality charity. We need someone to capture all of it.
The Role
You’ll be on the ground every day, following our partner from hotel to hotel and turning each shift into sharp, social‑first video content. Film on iPhone, edit fast, and feed a daily content drumbeat that carries the whole campaign. The aim is one strong, human story per day — not the same message repeated 30 times. This is a fixed term internship until the 28th of October 2026 paying £14.60 per hour (Mon to Fri).
What you’ll be doing
- Film our partner at work each day — arrivals, the daily uniform reveal, tasks in action, and to‑camera moments
- Shoot primarily on iPhone, with an eye for clean, vertical, social‑ready framing
- Edit and turn around short‑form content daily so posts go live while the day is still fresh
- Capture B‑roll of each hotel’s spaces and atmosphere
- Keep footage organised, and make sure appearance‑release forms are collected on the day
- Work closely with the campaign and PR teams on daily shot lists and priorities
What we’re looking for
- A confident mobile videographer with a good eye
- Solid short‑form editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, Adobe Premiere or similar) and a fast turnaround
- A self‑starter who can work independently on the road
- Comfortable in busy hospitality environments — guests and staff should barely notice you
- Organised, reliable, and happy with an early‑start, full‑on 30‑day schedule
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Experience filming in hospitality, events, or hotels
- Your own recent‑model iPhone and basic kit — gimbal, mic, portable light
