Working as part of the UK country marketing team, this specific role is mainly responsible for working with the UK marketing team and UK commercial teams to engage senior clients in the largest companies. The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working on ABM programs, including identifying and managing external partners to run this program of work.
The UK Marketing team also has a high-profile sponsorship with Brentford FC, a Premier League team known for being especially effective with their on-field and off-field recruitment. This role is responsible for the B2B aspect of that partnership, ensuring there are plans in place across the season to tell stories about the partnership. The role should also ensure that we use the partnership to attract clients to PL matches and provide them with a VIP experience from invitation to post-match communication.
Working closely with the London-based Sales team, agree a list of the largest and most important accounts and then ensure rolling quarterly plans are in place to identify and engage with decision makers in those companies, including handing engaged people to Sales for further conversations and ensuring tracking is in place to establish the success and impact of this activity.
- Identify and manage external partners for this activity across an ongoing and varied range of activities including roundtables, corporate hospitality, third-party events and online activities.
- Operate as a core team member for activation plans with Brentford FC, to ensure Sales teams take full advantage of matchday hosting opportunities and other B2B elements of the rights package across the season, using this as a key contributor to unlocking new revenue.
- Create a B2B content plan across the season built on the Brentford partnership, ensuring that Sales have this as ongoing opportunities to connect with clients and use this to discuss the role that Indeed can play to help them to hire more effectively.
- Play a leading role with the company’s annual client event, in particular to ensure a compelling agenda and content, that we maximise attendance across our most valuable accounts and that we have plans in place afterwards to turn this engagement into ongoing dialogue.
- Work closely with other members of the UK Country Marketing team on a wider program of B2B activity to share opportunities and insight.
- Recommend goals and budgets for each campaign and develop an effective roadmap for achieving those goals, while ensuring accountability and transparency throughout the process.
Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a minimum of 8 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience. Experience in Account Based Marketing and working closely with Sales teams to identify and engage prospects. Proven ability to measure marketing campaign performance, establish ROI of those campaigns, and use data-driven insights to refine the overall strategy and roadmap. Experience prioritizing, managing, and reporting on multiple campaigns in various channels for an existing customer base. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including marketing, customer service, sales, data science, and other collaborators. Proven analytical skills with a passion for testing and measuring results.
