Introduction
Indaver is at the forefront of sustainable waste management in Europe, providing high-quality, cost-effective solutions in municipal, industrial, and hazardous waste sectors. Operating across Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Portugal, the UK, and Ireland, we specialize in Total Waste Management and Waste-to-Energy solutions.
This position is based at our Rivenhall Facility in Essex, a state-of-the-art plant that processes approximately , tonnes of residual waste per year, generating electricity to power around 60, homes.
The Production Operator works within a 24 hour/ days per year 5-shift rota system, and in conjunction with the Shift Team Leader and Deputy Shift Team Leader, is responsible for all production and operational coordination activities required to operate the Rivenhall facility in a safe, efficient and compliant manner.
The Production Operator is also responsible for the creation and maintenance of a safe working environment for anyone working within the Rivenhall facility, in accordance with the Mechanical & Electrical Safety Rules
