Join Indaver Industrial Waste Solutions (IWS) Cheshire as we strengthen our sales support function. We’re looking for someone who can work closely with our team and our customers, helping to maintain strong relationships and ensure a smooth, reliable service.
In this role, you’ll support commercial activity across our hazardous waste transfer station, contributing to steady growth and consistent delivery for our clients. If you’re organised, collaborative, and ready to play a key part in our commercial operations, we’d like to hear from you.
Role & Responsibilities- Carrying out administrative tasks to support the Account Managers.
- Ensuring that all administrative documents are properly filed so that the (key) account manager can access these documents easily (hard copy as well as soft copy).
- Assisting the (key) account manager during a tender so that the tender document is high quality and can be submitted on time.
- Ensure that new waste stream requests are progressing swiftly enough so that the customer gets its commercial offer on time and can start ordering.
- Responding quickly to questions from customers in order to actively contribute to good customer relations.
- Registering, following up and dealing with complaints in collaboration with the account manager in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicating any relevant information and changes in a customer file towards the back-office to ensure that orders and invoices are executed properly.
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience.
- Minimum of two years experience in a commercial/administrative environment.
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluent English (written and oral).
- Basic knowledge of chemistry or waste business is an advantage.
