Training & development

We actively invest in our team and offer regular training, including:

Your role as an Early Years Educator

You will:

  • Deliver high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support children’s physical, emotional, social and intellectual development
  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive nursery team
  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and best practice at all times

What we are looking for

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (essential)
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • A caring, energetic and child-focused approach
  • Enhanced DBS check (required)
  • Paediatric First Aid or willingness to complete training
