We’re looking for a talented and motivated SEO Manager to join Incubeta and support our rapidly growing media and technology business in the UK. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving organic visibility and performance for a range of exciting clients. You’ll work closely with both clients and internal specialists to shape and deliver effective SEO strategies, combining technical expertise, data analysis and creative thinking. Your day‑to‑day work will include optimising website performance, conducting keyword research, analysing SEO data, and implementing on‑page and off‑page best practices to improve rankings and traffic. You’ll stay on top of the latest industry developments and algorithm updates to ensure our SEO strategies remain effective and future‑focused. Beyond the role itself, you’ll be joining a business with a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting on new business proposals
  • Help and assist on the creation of SEO strategies for our clients
  • Run and analyse Technical SEO audits
  • Create weekly reports and monthly QBR
  • Attend weekly client calls and meetings
  • Input into Content and PR Strategy
