About the role

We are looking for a commercially minded and strategically driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our UK marketing function. This is a high-impact leadership role, sitting at the heart of our growth engine, with responsibility for shaping our brand, generating demand, and enabling our sales and client teams to win and retain business.

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will own the marketing strategy, budget and performance across all channels, while leading and developing a talented marketing team. You will also work closely with our global marketing colleagues to ensure Incubeta’s brand and positioning is consistent, compelling and competitive worldwide.

This role is ideal for an experienced agency marketer who thrives in fast-moving, commercially focused environments and wants to make a visible impact at senior level.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Marketing strategy & growth
    • Develop and deliver a multi-channel marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, drives lead generation and supports client growth.
    • Define clear positioning, messaging and target audiences across Incubeta’s service portfolio.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our marketing approach remains innovative and differentiated.
  • Commercial ownership & performance
    • Take full ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring spend is focused on high-impact, high-ROI activity.
    • Track, analyse and report on performance across all campaigns and channels.
    • Use data and insight to continuously optimise activity and prove marketing’s contribution to revenue.
  • Brand & market presence
    • Own the Incubeta brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency, quality and clarity.
    • Oversee marketing assets, content and communications in collaboration with our Global Marketing team.
    • Lead our presence at industry events, conferences and awards, tracking and reporting on ROI.
  • Sales & client enablement
    • Partner closely with Sales, Commercial and Client Services teams to support new business and retention.
    • Ensure marketing activity aligns to pipeline priorities and commercial goals.
  • Team leadership
    • Lead, coach and develop the marketing team to deliver high-quality, on-time and on-strategy output.
    • Set clear priorities, KPIs and expectations, creating a culture of accountability and performance.

  • Proven agency experience – you have worked in a digital marketing agency or high-growth digital business.
  • Leadership at a senior level – Senior marketer ready for a step up.
  • Strong strategic capability – a track record of building and delivering multi-channel marketing plans that drive awareness and leads.
  • Commercial acumen – experience owning and managing budgets, with a focus on ROI and performance.
  • Event and brand leadership – experience representing and promoting a brand at industry events, conferences and trade shows.
  • Stakeholder confidence – comfortable working with senior sales leaders and global marketing teams.
  • People leadership – able to motivate, develop and hold a team accountable for results.
