The Role

We partner with our clients by providing them with ad technology, training and strategic insight to transform their business.

Day-to-day you will focus on developing & supporting our Google Marketing Platform clients who license Search Ads 360. You will leverage your PPC hands-on expertise, passion and experience by being the go-to person to educate, advise and guide your clients along their digital transformation.

This will be a diverse role as you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients from in-house advertisers to agencies, across various industries, who will vary in their requirements and level of digital maturity. You will be involved during the sales process with new prospects, and be expected to project manage their successful onboarding!

You will contribute to training material, assist in building new processes and inform the strategy behind the services we look to deliver! You will be at the forefront of new innovations in search ad tech – helping to build propositions that delight our clients.

Key Outcomes

  • Deliver GMP platform & paid search support and digital maturity recommendations across a portfolio of in-house client teams & agencies – which entails:
    • Providing reactive email + phone technical and troubleshooting support to queries relating to SA360.
    • Providing best-in-class strategic recommendations for clients seeking broader paid search support.
    • Raising support tickets w/Google on client behalf & further escalation where required.
    • Providing regular proactive platform and industry updates & recommendations to clients in monthly meeting format (& creation/updating of relevant monthly materials) – usually VC, but F2F as much as possible.
    • Creation & ownership of technical and strategic platform roadmaps for clients.
    • Providing ad-hoc sessions & workshops relating to clients on request/where sold in on a range of topics & formats e.g. audiences, automation, audits etc.
  • Act as an expert adviser across the wider business with demonstrable knowledge of PPC and Google Marketing Platform best practice:
    • Deliver internal SA360 training/upskill sessions (& maintenance of materials).
    • Provide internal support to the media activation teams across their portfolio of actively managed search accounts.
    • Host internal SA360 drop-in and feature overview sessions.
    • Provide proactive updates on Slack of any key feature updates.
    • Provide strategic & technical guidance to internal teams across some of their larger clients.
  • Ensure clients view Incubeta as a leading digital marketing partner
    • Client satisfaction remains high, as measured through scorecards & surveys
    • Understand challenges and spot opportunities for Incubeta solutions.
    • Hold workshops, training, regular ad-hoc support via retained hours
    • Inform & inspire in digital maturity – educating in advanced bidding & tech adoption
  • Ensure Google view Incubeta as a leading Google marketing sales partner
    • Maintain relationships with our key partner contacts at Google.
    • Regular attendance in Google-hosted webinars, office hours & events – with relevant updates communicated to wider Incubeta teams.
    • Seek opportunities for new initiatives/betas/pilots and funded projects where possible.
  • Supporting the creation and delivery of both internal & external platform training.
  • Work with the wider business to ensure clients receive a professional service – delivered by a passionate, engaged and informed ad tech team.
  • Lead & develop client accounts through upselling and cross-selling, working with the growth team to capitalise on opportunities.
  • Support and advise the sales team with new prospects.
  • Help build the brand through blogs, case studies, award entries and other collateral that positions Incubeta as an industry leader.
  • Build and collaborate on new solutions & services in Search Ad Tech that delight our clients – for example: Value based bidding (through OCI, Soteria, Phoebe), or consultancy support (audits, roadmaps, workshops, multi-stage projects).
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell our suite of proprietary ‘Seamless’ solutions.
  • Collaborate on internal and external AI-based solutions that support our growing capability within this space.

About You

  • You will have in-depth knowledge of paid search execution & hands-on optimisation through Search Ads 360 and the wider GMP.
  • You will have 5+ years PPC experience, across a range of verticals.
  • You will be passionate about search ad technology and how it can shape digital marketing efforts.
  • You’ll be focussed on technical detail, and have a passion for problem solving.
  • You get excited seeing your recommendations come to light.
  • You love learning new skills & sharing knowledge with others.
  • You are proactive in providing more insight into industry updates internally and externally.
  • You have experience running impactful training programmes.
  • You excel at sustaining strong client relationships, and have strong, confident communication skills.
  • You can work independently, and successfully prioritise your work based on organisational & team needs.
  • You can take projects from ideation to execution to satisfaction autonomously.
